Ink Review #127: Sailor Studio 450 — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today we will be reviewing Sailor Studio 450. This is a vibrant violet.

Swabs:

This ink had a quick dry time, low shading, and no sheen. It is slightly cool-toned but does not have any discernible undertones. The color is similar to Troublemaker Doña Victorina.

Writing Sample:

This ink had a consistent, wet flow. I found the color to be a little boring as it demonstrated little shading or sheen.

Overall: This is a standard purple so I don't think I will be purchasing a full bottle.
