Ink Review #160: Sailor Studio 464
Today’s review centers on Sailor Studio 464. If you’ve been looking for an almost-perfect Tiffany blue ink, this is it!
Swabs:
This ink had a moderate dry time, low-medium shading, and no sheen. The shading is difficult to discern exactly as the ink is very saturated. The ink is closest to Diamine Marine and resembles the iconic Robin’s Egg Blue.
Writing Sample:
This ink had a consistent, slightly wet flow. I was surprised to find that I liked this color a lot—especially since I don’t veer towards “flat” inks.
Overall: This is a gorgeous Tiffany blue. I highly recommend trying a sample!
