Ink Review #253: Pent Pen Saijiki Syurei

Today we will be reviewing Pent Pen Saijiki Syurei. These inks are specially formulated for the Osaka Pen House in Japan.

This ink had low shading and no sheen. The color is a soft, orange-leaning coral.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 25 seconds and no water resistance.

I found that this ink had an average, consistent flow. The ink reminds me of peaches and cream. I see myself using this as a secondary color while notetaking as the orange is bright and stands out on paper.

Overall: This is a well behaved, pleasant ink. Iā€™m a fan of coral and would recommend trying out a sample.
