Ink Review #253: Pent Pen Saijiki Syurei
Today we will be reviewing Pent Pen Saijiki Syurei. These inks are specially formulated for the Osaka Pen House in Japan.
Swabs:
This ink had low shading and no sheen. The color is a soft, orange-leaning coral.
Dry Time/Water Resistance:
This ink had an average dry time of 25 seconds and no water resistance.
Writing Sample:
I found that this ink had an average, consistent flow. The ink reminds me of peaches and cream. I see myself using this as a secondary color while notetaking as the orange is bright and stands out on paper.
Overall: This is a well behaved, pleasant ink. Iām a fan of coral and would recommend trying out a sample.
