Ink Review #337: Kyo-No-Oto #5 Aonibi Iro

Today I’ll be talking about another KYOTO Tag ink. Aonibi Iro is a plant-based ink and is a light grey-blue.

This ink had medium shading and no sheen. It is a pale steely blue similar to De Atramentis Blue-Grey.

I found this ink to have a dry but consistent flow. It would work best in wet writers. The color is faded but legible.

Overall: Aonibi is a gentle blue-grey that is on the dry side. I would recommend using this in wet pens.
