Ink Review #400: Tono & Lims Breakthrough

Today is a momentous occasion, for our blog has reached it’s 400th ink review!! Tono & Lims Breakthrough is a dusty purple.

Swabs:

This ink had no shading or sheen. The color is a dark, greyish mauve.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had quite a long dry time at 50 seconds and no water resistance.

Writing Sample:

I found that this ink had a wet, smooth flow. I absolutely loved the color. It reminds me of Sailor Studio 223 with more purple hues.

Overall: This is one of the loveliest purples I have reviewed! I recommend it if you are looking for a muted dusty purple.
