Ink Review #498: L'Artisan Pastellier Callifolio Itzamna
Today we will be taking a look at Callifolio Itzamna, named after a Mayan deity who brought medicine, education, and science to the Mayan community. He was depicted as a two-headed reptile or bird.
Swabs:
This ink had low-medium shading and no sheen. It is a warm-toned orange similar to Callifolio Inti and a shade lighter than Robert Oster Orange Rumble.
Dry Time/Water Resistance:
This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and medium water resistance.
Writing Sample:
This ink had a dry flow. There was not a lot of variation in shading.
Overall: Overall I liked the color of this ink, though I wished it had a wetter flow.
