Ink Review #503: PenBBS #522 Winter Solstice

Today we are continuing our journey into PenBBS inks. #522 is a medium red.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and no sheen.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and low water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink had an average flow. The color is not overly saturated or bright.

Overall: This is a decent red with some shading. I wasn’t impressed by the color so I won’t be purchasing a full bottle.
