Ink Review #568: Montblanc Petrol Blue

Today we are taking a look at Montblanc Petrol Blue.

Swabs:

This ink had high shading and no sheen. It is a medium teal blue that closely matches Robert Oster Frankly Blue.

This ink had a dry flow with average saturation. I used my Walltown Craftsworks pen with a Blade Architect from Mark Bacas (www.nibgrinder.com).

Overall: I liked the shading but this ink was too dry for my taste. I would recommend using this ink in broad nibs or with Diamine White Lightning.
