Ink Review #615: Color Traveler Saijo Sakagura Black

Today we are reviewing Saijo Sakagura Black.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and no sheen. This is a medium standard black ink.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

Tsubame Note Ink Collection Card

This ink had a longer dry time of 50 seconds and high water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink had average saturation and flow. It is less saturated compared to Pilot Iroshizuku Take-Sumi.

Overall: I enjoyed reviewing this sample. Although I prefer blue-black inks, I liked this color and the water resistance. This would be a fantastic ink for class notes.
