Ink Review #653: Blackstone Black Stump

Today I will be reviewing Blackstone Black Stump, an Australian fountain pen ink. I recently tried Australian breakfast for the first time (sausage roll) which was quite good!

Swabs:

Black Stump had little to no shading or sheen. This is a dark, purple-leaning black. It reminds me of Pilot Iroshizuku Take-Sumi (when you wash out your pens).

This ink had a longer dry time of 45 seconds and high water resistance.

I found that Black Stump was well saturated with a slightly wet flow.

Overall: Black Stump is a great black ink! I liked the purple undertones.
