Ink Review #711: IWI Color Of Nature: Great Cold
Today we will be taking a look at Great Cold. This is part of IWI’s Color of Nature series, and represents the coldest time of the year—around January 20th.
Swabs:
Great Cold is a dark, reddish purple with medium shading and no sheen.
Dry Time/Water Resistance:
This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and high water resistance.
Writing Sample:
Great Cold had an average flow with medium saturation.
Overall: I usually stick to blue-black inks but liked this color! It would be perfect for the winter. I definitely recommend trying out a sample; the shading is really quite lovely!
