Ink Review #279: Robert Oster Shake & Shimmer Terra Australis

Today we’ll be reviewing another shimmering ink. Robert Oster Terra Australis is a medium yellow-brown.

Swabs:

This ink had medium shading and sheen. The color resembles sandy dirt.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and no water resistance.

Writing Sample:

I found that this ink had an average, slightly dry flow. The glitter was not evenly distributed which makes me wonder if my feed had been clogged. Additionally, I felt that the color and glitter blended in together and didn’t stand out.

Overall: This ink doesn’t quite do it for me as the color is slightly off-putting.
