Ink Review #521: PenBBS #501 — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today we will be reviewing an ink that is perfect for the summer: #501!

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and a hint of sheen. It is a medium “Sesame Street Big Bird” yellow.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had a long dry time at 50+ seconds and is water resistant.

Writing Sample:

This ink had a wet flow with great saturation.

Overall: I liked this color a lot. It’s cheerful and has a great flow. The high water resistance was an unexpected bonus!
