Ink Review #529: PenBBS #181 Haitian Sea

Today we are diving right back into PenBBS inks. #181 Haitian Sea is a pale blue.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and no sheen. This is a pale, desaturated periwinkle blue.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had a long dry time of 40 seconds and low water resistance.

Writing Sample:

I found this ink to be quite dry despite of long dry time.

Overall: This is a dry, pale blue ink. It’s a bit too desaturated and dry for my taste.
